This Privacy Policy describes how Halalify Music collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (email address and account data when you register), information generated by your use of the service (songs you analyze, your analysis history, favorites, and playlists), and automatically collected technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics via PostHog).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the Halalify analysis service, save your analysis history and library, send account-related emails (transactional only), improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced. Analysis content is processed via Google Gemini API under Google's data processing terms. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store payment card details.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@halalify.app. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. California users have rights under CCPA.
