These Terms of Service govern your use of Halalify Music. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Educational Purpose — Not a Fatwa Service

Halalify Music is an educational tool that summarizes documented Islamic scholarly positions. It is not a fatwa service and does not provide personal religious rulings. The verdicts produced by Halalify are AI-generated summaries of published jurisprudential frameworks and should not be treated as religious authority. For a personal ruling on a specific matter, consult a qualified Islamic scholar of your chosen school or tradition.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use Halalify for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service at scale, or to submit content that is defamatory, harmful, or in violation of applicable law.

Subscription and Credits

Free accounts receive a limited number of analyses per day. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited analyses and additional features. Subscription fees are charged through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property

The Halalify platform, branding, and original content (including editorial articles on this site) are owned by Halalify Music. Primary-source Islamic texts quoted on this site are in the public domain or reproduced under fair use for educational commentary.

Limitation of Liability

Halalify Music is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halalify Music shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact support@halalify.app with any questions.
